The Cooperative Housing Game places players in the position of someone seeking cooperative housing in the U.S. Based on real scenarios from our interviews and research, the game exposes players to the financial, political, social, and architectural decision points that can either support or obstruct access. The game demystifies cooperative housing and reintroduces it as a viable and expandable model within American discourse.
